Fronter / Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, lead lists, referrals, and inbound inquiries to identify potential leads or prospects.
Initial Contact: Initiate the first contact with leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication methods to gather information and assess their interest.
Qualification: Assess leads to determine if they meet specific criteria or qualifications, including budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority.
Lead Nurturing: Keep leads engaged and interested, including follow-up emails and addressing initial questions or objections.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for qualified leads to hand over to the sales team.
CRM Management: Update CRM system with accurate information and notes.
Communication: Provide detailed information about qualified leads to the sales team.
Reporting: Prepare reports on lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates to track effectiveness and refine the sales process.
Goal Achievement: Work towards achieving a daily call target and lead conversions.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in sales roles preferred.
