Fronter / Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, lead lists, referrals, and inbound inquiries to identify potential leads or prospects.

  • Initial Contact: Initiate the first contact with leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication methods to gather information and assess their interest.

  • Qualification: Assess leads to determine if they meet specific criteria or qualifications, including budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority.

  • Lead Nurturing: Keep leads engaged and interested, including follow-up emails and addressing initial questions or objections.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for qualified leads to hand over to the sales team.

  • CRM Management: Update CRM system with accurate information and notes.

  • Communication: Provide detailed information about qualified leads to the sales team.

  • Reporting: Prepare reports on lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates to track effectiveness and refine the sales process.

  • Goal Achievement: Work towards achieving a daily call target and lead conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Previous experience in sales roles preferred.
